In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days.
Custom-printed textiles like cushions and wallcoverings will ship separately once production is complete. You will be 2-3 Weeks for your custom-printed cushion order and 7-10 Days for Fabric and Wallcoverings.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Please contact hello@gracegarrett.com with your order number and photos of what
you received.
We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
Shipping
• Custom Cushions: 2–3 weeks
• Fabric & Wallcoverings: 7–10 days
• Samples: Usually dispatched within 3 business days.
All products are printed and handmade in Sydney, Australia.
Returns
Because all Grace Garrett textiles, cushions, and wallcoverings are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Yes — our minimum order value is $500. However this ONLY applies to Cushions
Yes — All Grace Garrett designs can be customised.
